Townleigh Terms and Conditions
We trust that you'll enjoy your stay with us and hope that you don't have problems prior to your arrival. However, we wish to make you aware of the following:
Bed and Breakfast:
If booking online then payment will have been made prior to arrival. Bookings can also be made over the phone or on receipt of a cheque.
As a guest in our home, we ask that you treat our house and any other guests with respect. If you are unable to comply with this request, then you may be asked to leave. We will not offer you a refund if this occurs and will scowl darkly in your rear view mirror...
Holiday Cottages:
We ask for a 50% deposit on booking and for the balance to be paid a couple of weeks prior to your arrival. If you are unable to take up your booking, we will of course try and re-book the cottage and will return 75% of the cost paid. If we are unable to do so, unfortunately you will be liable for the whole amount.
We are happy for you to bring children and pets with you, but would ask that we are made aware of any damages and that reasonable recompense is offered for these. Additionally, whilst all care in taken, we would point out that your are responsible for your children and animals safety, well-being and behaviour on the estate.
Shoot Dates:
Again, we ask for a 50% deposit on booking and would be grateful to receive the balance at least a month prior to the day. If you are unable to attend, we will try and sell your place and will return 75% of the cost paid. If we are unable to do so, you will be liable for the whole amount.
Equestrian Center:
There are specific terms and conditions relating to the equestrian centre, if you are interested in our DIY / Full Livery service, or wish to bring a horse on holiday, please get in touch with us.
