Set in Acres of rolling Devon countryside with panoramic views over the estate, Townleigh offers exclusive house hire for an idyllic holiday or short break venue with accommodation for up to 24 people in the heart of West Devon.
For family reunions, special events, meetings or a special break with friends, Townleigh Farm Estate is the perfect holiday retreat. The main Farm House has been fully refurbished and whilst keeping its Victorian character has been brought up to luxury contemporary standards.
Townleigh comes fully staffed with a full-time chef and housekeeper. Our rates are all inclusive of all food and drink and you can either rely on us providing the daily menus or you can discuss your special requirements with our Chef.
All bedrooms are double and can be either twin or double bedded. The main house has four double bedrooms two ensuite and the other two share a bathroom.
The drawing room has French windows which open up onto the large private lawn with stunning views towards Stowford and the Dining Room can accommodate up to 16 people.
Larger groups can be accommodated in an adjoining room that seats up to 30 people.
