If you are travelling to Townleigh, you'll probably follow the motorway to Exeter and then pick up the A30 southbound.
After approximately forty minutes there'll be a turning on the left to Roadford Lake. Take this and turn immediately left again and follow the lane for about a mile - you'll see us on the right-hand side.
