Chef hire and Ready Meals
Our resident chef, Charlie Meacock, is on hand to provide personal cooking of appetizing meals throughout your stay at Townleigh. Charlie qualified from Leith's School of Food and Wine and has experience in restaurants in the UK and USA as well as private catering. Charlie has worked as resident chef for private Chalet & Villa parties.
Prior to joining the Townleigh team Charlie worked as the chef on a private luxury yacht cruising in the Mediterranean, Charles will work with you to create a personalized menu for your event at Townleigh Farm, whether it be a formal wedding or an intimate dinner party, carefully planning and executing your requirements to create delicious, fresh food suited to the occasion.
Should you be staying in one of our Self Catering Cottages, Charlie is also available for hire as a personal chef, providing a personal planning and cooking service for your entertaining, leaving you free to relax and enjoy the occasion. Charlie can also shop on your behalf and or provide pre cooked food in the freezer awaiting your arrival.
Charlie can cater for a variety of events, either at Townleigh or off Site to suit your requirements including:
- Weddings
- Christenings
- Other private functions
- Game shoots
- Corporate events
He can work with you to provide the right food for the occasion whether canapés, hot or cold buffets of formal dining. Additional service staff can also be sourced if required.
